Law stipulates that you have the right to return your order within 14 days upon receipt.

  1. To see that your return is accepted, the product must be unused and unfitted or show any signs or scratches from fitting. In cases of reclamation, please contact our Customer Service Team through the usual channels.
  2. Which products cannot be returned?
  • Product that have been worn
  • Products that have signs of using or products that have been fitted or shows signs of fitting/use
  • Oils, batteries, shims, jets, and electronics
  1. You as the customer must pay for and arrange for the return of the products to the address: Zero8 / Biker66. Hoornmanstraat 10, 5711EZ Someren, Netherlands. These return charges will not be refunded. Ship in original packaging, your responsible that products arrive in good and new condition.
  2. Return delivery times are subject to the original destination and vary from country to country. Once it has been received and processed you will receive an automated email.
    • Exchanges: We do not carry out exchanges for our Global Customers.
    • Refunds: Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to show in your account, upon receipt of parcel.
    • We will always try to refund via the original payment method used when the order was placed, however in some occasions we may contact you for Bank Details in order to issue you with a refund.
    • If you send products that are used or fitted or are in any way damaged from fitting or using or shipping we hold the right to decline your return. We can ship your product back to you, but only when you pay for delivery back to you.
    • We cannot guarantee that items without their original packaging/tags will be accepted by our returns team.
    • If a parcel goes unclaimed – couriers will make several attempts to deliver the parcel before it is sent back to us – then the courier company will return it to us. Once this step has been initiated we are unable to change this.
    • When it has been returned to us, it will be processed as a refund. You will then have to place a new order.
